Thank you for shopping with Yousha Elia. We want you to love what you ordered, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

📦 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • In the same condition you received it

  • Unworn or unused, with tags

  • In the original packaging

  • Must include a receipt or proof of purchase

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined.

📨 How to Start a Return

To request a return, email us at youshaelia@gmail.com.
Once your return is accepted, we will provide:

  • A return shipping label

  • Clear instructions on how and where to send the item

⚠️ Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.

🔧 Damages or Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
Contact us immediately at youshaelia@gmail.com if:

  • Your item arrives damaged or defective

  • You receive the wrong item

We'll evaluate the issue and make it right.


🚫 Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Personal care goods (e.g. beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items and gift cards

🔁 Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for:

  • Damaged items

  • Wrong items received

An unboxing video is required to approve exchanges.
Email us to initiate the process.


🇪🇺 EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return it within 14 days — for any reason and without justification.
Returned items must still meet our standard return conditions.


💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days

  • It may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to complete the transaction
