Return/Exchange and Refund Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, you may request a return or exchange under the following conditions.
Return Authorization (Mandatory)
All returns and exchanges must be authorized before sending any item back.
To initiate a request, you must contact us with your proof of purchase via:

Return & Exchange Eligibility
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must:
- Be in original condition (unused, unworn, unaltered)
- Include original packaging and tags
- Be returned within the 14-day window
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined.
Return & Exchange Process
Please follow these steps carefully:
1: Approval
- Contact us with proof of purchase.
- Wait for return/exchange approval and instructions.
2: Exchange (if applicable)
- If exchanging for a higher-priced item, we will send you a draft order with the price difference.
- You must complete payment for the new order before the exchange is processed.
3: Return Form (Mandatory)
- Download and print the Return/Exchange Form.
- UK orders: download return form
- USA and European orders (except Germany): download return form
- Germany order: download return form
- Fill in all required fields carefully.
4: Prepare Parcel
- Pack the item securely in its original condition and packaging.
- Include the completed return/exchange form inside the parcel.
5: Ship the Item
- Send the parcel to the appropriate return address (see below).
6: Share Shipment Proof
- Send your return shipping receipt via WhatsApp: 0031655391840
7: Keep Receipt
- Retain your shipping receipt until your return or exchange is fully processed.

Return Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- These costs are non-refundable under all circumstances.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- You will be notified of the approval status.
- If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3 business days.
Note:
Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund.
If more than 5 business days have passed after approval, please contact us.
Important Notes
- Returns are only accepted within the 14-day period.
- Items must be returned in original condition.
- The return/exchange form is mandatory for all returns.
- Unauthorized returns will not be processed.
